Friendly front desk staff contributed to a pleasant experience during a one-night stay. The king suite we booked was clean, affordable, and featured a relaxing spa bath. While the basic breakfast offered some fruit, the lack of clear phone instructions to reach the front desk was frustrating, especially given the renovations which made for some oddities like a non-standard bathroom door. Still, the location was convenient with nearby amenities.

Had a pleasant stay with some great amenities like the heated swimming pool and cozy jacuzzi for relaxation after a long day. The only downside was the noise from the hallway, which made it a bit tricky to get a good night's sleep. Definitely recommend checking out their breakfast spread for a nice start to your day! 😊

I had a really pleasant stay recently! The bed was incredibly comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, I was surprised by the variety at breakfast, definitely not just a simple grab-and-go. I would definitely return, though I expected a proper jacuzzi tub from the photos and didn't find one.

The shower was filthy, but the housekeeping staff were very kind.

missingWrote a review on Dec 06variety breakfastconvenient locationpoor cleanliness
The breakfast area offers a solid variety with items like waffles, eggs, and pastries, making for a decent start to the day. Conveniently located near events and attractions, it certainly serves as a good home base for exploring the area.
Bathroom counter space leaves a lot to be desired, with extra hangers and hair dryers placed just outside, making it awkward. The check-in process can be tedious, taking over half an hour even with a reservation. Also, don’t expect plush accommodations. the floors felt sticky, and the beds sagged in the middle, which might not give you the best night’s sleep. On top of that, some amenities like the pool and hot tub were closed, leaving you searching for alternatives.

Nice stay with friendly staff!
I had a solid stay for a week! The room was comfy and clean, and the staff were super friendly. Only bummer was I couldn’t get anyone on the phone when I had a parking question, and check-out was a bit tricky too. But the breakfast was hearty, def better than just cold waffles!

I encountered an issue with a rowdy guest next door who woke me up when I was trying to sleep. Even though the front desk staff was accommodating when I raised my concerns, the noise really disturbed my peace.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.
